How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders to the lower 48 states via economy shipping.
How do you ship your orders? Via Fedex Ground, Fedex Home Delivery, Fedex SmartPost or USPS for the lower 48
states. We choose the most economical way to ship since shipping is free. USPS is used for Alaska and Hawaii. If you want your order to be shipped via a specific carrier, there may be an additional charge. If you need your item by a specific date, please let us know and we will make every effort to have your order delivered by that date. There may be an additional shipping charge depending on the required delivery date.
How long does it take to receive my order? All orders are processed
and shipped within 2 business days
(unless otherwise noted). You should receive your order in 5 to 8
business days.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes. There may be an additional shipping charge, depending on the location.
Can you guarantee transit time?
We can guarantee order processing time, but we cannot
guarantee transit time. Transit time is beyond our control, though most of
the time the carrier does deliver on their estimated delivery date. This
date can be obtained by tracking your package with the provided tracking number.
Do you ship express? We do
provide the service, but it is not an option at checkout. Please

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. However, this option is not available at checkout.

Does free shipping apply for Alaska Hawaii or international orders?
No. Free shipping is for lower 48 states only.
Do you ship internationally?
We now ship internationally. We ship via USPS Priority International only. Our free shipping offer does not apply to international orders. Since our products are made of iron and heavy, postage can be extremely expensive. Please contact us for a shipping quote before you purchase.
Do I have to be present to receive my package?
You do not have to be present to receive your package.
The carrier will leave your package at your front door or near vicinity.
At that time our responsibility for delivering your order is fulfilled. We
highly recommend that you or your agent be present to receive your package, as
we are not responsible for lost packages beyond that point.
You can obtain the delivery date by tracking your package with the tracking
number provided.
Do you provide shipping insurance?
Insurance of up to $100 is provided at no cost to you.
