  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 for all orders via Fedex Home Delivery to the lower 48 states.
     
  • How do you ship your orders?
    Via Fedex Ground or Fedex Home Delivery for the lower 48 states.  USPS may be used for Alaska and Hawaii.
     
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (unless otherwise noted).  You should receive your order in 5 to 8 business days.
     
  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
    No, Fedex does not deliver to P.O. boxes.  Please provide a physical shipping address.  Alaska and Hawaii are exceptions.
     
  • Can you guarantee transit time?
    We can guarantee order processing time, but we cannot guarantee transit time.  Transit time is beyond our control, though most of the time the carrier does deliver on their estimated delivery date.  This date can be obtained by tracking your package with the provided tracking number.
     
  • Do you ship express?
    We do provide the service, but it is not an option at checkout.  Please contact us to for a shipping quote and purchasing directions.
     
  • Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
    Yes.  However, this option is not available at checkout.  Please contact us for a shipping quote and purchasing directions.
     
  • Does flat rate shipping of $8.95 apply for Alaska and Hawaii?
    No.  Flat rate shipping is for lower 48 states only.
     
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We now ship internationally. We ship via USPS Priority International only. Since our products are made of iron and heavy, postage can be extremely expensive. Please contact us for a shipping quote before you purchase.
     
  • Do I have to be present to receive my package?
    You do not have to be present to receive your package.  The carrier will leave your package at your front door or near vicinity.  At that time our responsibility for delivering your order is fulfilled.  We highly recommend that you or your agent be present to receive your package, as we are not responsible for lost packages beyond that point.  You can obtain the delivery date by tracking your package with the tracking number provided.
     
  • Do you provide shipping insurance?
    Insurance of up to $100 is provided at no cost to you.
